I am consistently a 38" waist. I have Free Fly shorts in a 38 that are a bit loose at the moment.
I tried these on and couldn't get within 3" of buttoning there waist button. I double checked the size on the pants in case they were mis-labeled and they also read 38" waist.
Didn't order a bigger pair because these were so far off I would be guessing at what size might fit.
Not sure what happened but I'm very disappointed. Off to find a new Christmas gift.

Not enough stretch with these pants. The fit was good, but they are somewhat rigid. Will not buy again.

I've only worn them for a few days but they're comfy and have just the right amount of stretch to them. They were a bit long but after I washed and dried them the length shortened and they're perfect now. I bought two pair and will probably buy the third pair. If they come out with more colors I'll probably buy those too.

I normally order 32” waist from Freefly. Returned for a 34”. The 34” were still way too tight. And no I haven’t gained weight! Returned for credit. The sizing is obviously off!
